HR Admin - LFA


We have a unique opportunity for a talented person to join our Lightingplus support centre which supports 33 Lightingplus stores nationwide. Based in East Tamaki, this role provides administrative support to the HR Manager delivering a range of human resources services.

On a day-to-day level you will assist with the administration and coordination of the following services: Recruitment, induction and training, performance management, policies and procedures, maintaining employee and payroll database, as well as any other duties as required.

Skills and experience:

  • A smart learner with can do attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Exposure to payroll will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • 2 years practical experience
