Our best Store Managers are calm, orderly and engaging people who follow and give instructions well. They enjoy offering solutions and leading the team by setting a positive example. Being self-starters they are motivated but know how to stick within the lines and don't try and reinvent the wheel. They love selling and being a retail manager is a source of pride.
All our managers work Tuesday to Saturday.
