Oyster & Chop is a busy Viaduct venue with a strong focus on doing classic food right. We have recently started focusing on our bar in the same manner, and are looking for someone to step into the position of bar manager and help elevate our team and our offerings to the next level, as well as drive our business forward with the skill & motivation it takes for a very busy customer service orientated bar…with style and finesse. We will be looking for someone with a passion for cocktails, who can write a new list of both signature and classic cocktails quarterly and match it to the season.
This is a full-time position with approx. 45-55 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday
Applicants must have minimum 2 years cocktail experience, with a portfolio of personally designed cocktails.
