Restaurant Manager - Tokyo Club


Tokyo Club is a busy 40 seat Izakaya style, specialist Japanese restaurant.

We are located in the hub of Auckland’s top dining district-Ponsonby.

We pride ourselves as market leaders, in authentic Japanese cuisine.

If you have a LCQ and General Managers Certificate, or would like the opportunity to be trained, and have management or supervisory skills in a specialist restaurant as such.

The applicant must have:

  • At least 3 years experience in restaurant front of house
  • Conversation skills in both English and Japanese
  • The ability to manage staff and communicate with customers from local and Japanese communities.
  • To follow regulations governing the Sale of Liquor Act and Food Safety regulations.

  • Great communicator
  • Outgoing personality
  • Able to work as a team under pressure
