Chef De Partie
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef to work in a busy and demanding kitchen in the Wellington CBD. The right person for this role is passionate about food and service and have the ability to develop and grow as a part of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Timely delivery of food to company standards.
Budgeting and cost control in the kitchen
o Preparation and portioning and cooking all kitchen stock
Input into menu planning
Organising efficient work schedules

To apply you will have the following attributes:

o Experience in a similar role
o Strong line and section cooking skills
o Proven experience in busy a kitchen brigade
o Well organised with excellent food preparation skills
o Positive and outgoing
o Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
o Team player with the ability to calmly work under pressure
