I am looking for an amazing Sous/CDP that can work in a high volume catering atmosphere. We are based in the Auckland hospital and going through a refit to open an exciting new dining concept and you can be part of the creation. We are the worlds largest catering company so could be a long term goal for you to move up in a stable company. The roster for you is set Sunday to Thursday 11am till 7:30pm Prepping and cooking for next day mainly and being in charge when the head chef is not in. Bring your flair, excitement and imagination with you!
