Sip Kitchen is a wholefood eatery with two small cafe locations (one on the North Shore and one in Newmarket) and a reputation for nourishing and nutritionally progressive food. The Wholefood Chef will input into menu development for both kitchens and will work with the owners on ideas that drive the food goals and philosophy of the business. Food costing, kitchen efficiency, stock management, Food Control Plan etc....also form part of this role.
We are looking for an experienced cook or Chef that would relish the opportunity of developing their wholefood and nutritionally based cookery across both savoury and sweet.
Transport and valid NZ work visa required.
This role is full time with typical hours Tues-Sat 5.30am-3pm
