Californian inspired café bistro, Franc’s bar + diner is a Takapuna trendsetter with a menu that is healthy and fresh (with a few naughty dishes thrown in for good measure) that aims to break the barrier between the dining table and the beach.
Inviting and relaxed, we aim to please those after a casual dining experience to the energetic beachgoer. Frankly, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and enjoy having the freedom to show off our personality and creativity.
We are looking to secure fresh talent to help lead our kitchen team and play a vital role in the success of the operation. You will work alongside our forward thinking Head Chef working to execute the delivery of a top menu that is inventive, colourful, a draw card and of course profitable while developing a strong team of talented chefs and managing the day to day running of a high volume kitchen.
