ETEL Limited is a leading New Zealand manufacturer of distribution transformers with a strong reputation built on delivering excellence in quality and service in all their products. They have an ambitious goal to become a world class manufacturer and are in the midst implementing changes which will make this vision a reality.

This role reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for a wide range of generalist HR support functions. On a day-to-day basis, this will include being the first port-of-call and support for general ER issues, managing employment documentation and employee files, and recruitment and induction processes for factory roles.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A business degree majoring in HR
  • 2+ years HR Coordinator or HR Advisor experience
  • Excellent organisation, planning and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholder management ability
